A Winter Bridal Dream at Six Senses Crans-Montana

There is something incredibly magical about winter wedding in the mountains. The silence of fresh snow, the soft winter light, the feeling that time slows down just enough for you to breathe… This is exactly the atmosphere we wanted to capture during our recent bridal shoot at Six Senses Crans-Montana, in the heart of the Swiss Alps.

This shoot was designed as an ode to modern luxury bridal fashion — elegant, refined, and quietly dramatic wedding. A celebration of brides who love beauty, craftsmanship, and timeless style, without excess.

Structured Elegance Meets Soft Femininity

One of the strongest bridal trends right now is the return of structure — beautifully crafted bodices, sculpted silhouettes, and luxurious fabrics such as satin and mikado. These gowns create presence. They hold their shape, frame the body, and feel almost architectural, while remaining deeply feminine.

Paired with voluminous skirts, delicate pleating, subtle draping, or a daring leg slit, these dresses strike the perfect balance between strength and softness. They are designed for brides who want to feel confident, elegant, and unforgettable — without losing that emotional, romantic touch.

Minimalism, Elevated

Minimalist bridal fashion doesn’t mean simple. It means intentional. High-quality fabrics, impeccable cuts, and thoughtful details are what truly make a gown stand out.

In this snowy alpine setting, the clean lines and luminous textures of the dresses came alive. Against the white landscape and the understated luxury of Six Senses, every fold, every curve, every movement felt enhanced. No distraction — just beauty, craftsmanship, and emotion.

A Bride Who Feels Like Herself

This shoot was imagined for the bride who wants to feel herself, only elevated. A woman who appreciates quiet luxury, who doesn’t follow trends blindly, but chooses what resonates with her personality and her story.

At Belle en Blanc, every bride is a conversation. A wedding is her journey. And sometimes, a winter fairytale.

STUNNING SANDRA IN A DREAMY WINTER SETTING

Not so long ago, we have been trully honoured to meet, become very close with and also celebrate the wedding of a very special couple……… Sandra got married early November 2015 in the most romantic and fairy-tale wedding setting imaginable. I have discovered the photos just few days ago, and i simply went speechless for a very long while (which for those who know me well, are very aware its rather hard to do to 🙂

When Sandra was telling  me about her wedding plans, i could picture some details, but what i discovered looking at the photos, was simply utter amazement and a slight hint of very healthy jeleaousy, which all combined truly went to prove that Sandra is a pro in events organizing and thought about every slightest detail for her special day. This wedding is simply a perfect setting that takes me back in time, gives me goosebumps, impresses me and provides a very very cosy feeling all at once.

The warm, cosy ambience, the very old-fashioned, romantic and grand at the same time set-up of the wedding venue, the stunning yet so simple flower and table decor, with only hints of white and soft green tones, and to complete that all, the warm autumn leaves, and a gold-glowing mood of each photo and emotions so beautifully captured by Sandra’s friend and a photographer, who specially attended this wedding traveling all the way from USA.

I think i can speak for all the guests who attended the ceremony and the reception, that to be invited and present at Sandra’s and Johny’s wedding was a true honour and eye treat that will be long remembered by her friends and family.

A few words about the dress: we choose a simple and sophisticated strapless gown by Caroline Castigliano called “Love Letters” (could we even ask for more romantic name !?) and changed the style by adding long corded lace sleeves to match the mood of the late autumn wedding and weather conditions, and Sandra wanted to have ivory belt as well, instead of the original grey one that was part of this design. After a few appointments and verification of alterations, we were happy with the final result and both agreed that changing the sleeves to full length was the perfect choice! Sandra’s day was simply perfect!!

We could not be happier and prouder to share this beautiful wedding with you . Big congratulations to Sandra and Johny on their wedding and my thanks for sharing those amazing bubbles of emotions with us, and our visitors, who will surely enjoy admiring them as much as we did 🙂

Lots of love, and warm hugs to you both,

Olga

Winter Wedding Inspiration Shooting – The Alpina Hotel Gstaad

hello there… we’ve been quiet, but extremely busy for past months, but we have some Very Special news and announcements to share with all our lovely brides who already got their dresses for next year, as well as all our future brides, who booked in for appointments. Shhhh…. you have to be a little patient, and let us finalise some details, but fits, we are uuber excited to share with you the results of our absolutely breathtaking Winter Wedding Inspiration Shoot we had a pleasure  to participate some time ago.

One of our good friends, Lucie from Bliss Wedding and Events Designer, called in with this fantastic idea for winter wedding inspiration. We met, and things immediately started falling into place: the dress was a must to be this stunning Caroline Castilgiano “BeLoved” silk organza and handmade cotton beaded lace, with full skirt and stunning back detail! This was a perfect choice for the winter wedding celebration, and our brides love that gown- its a true stunner and show stopper not only for winter wedding.

We feel that with bridal season and fashion changing so quickly, this Winter Wedding Inspiration will truly show a lot of brides just how much fun and individuality you can create around winter season. The choice of beautiful hotels and locations is never ending in the Swiss Alps, and we, at Belle en Blanc have been seeing increasing number of ladies, who dont want a traditional summer wedding, and are opting for fun, white winter fun with cosy scenery of fireplace and very often Christmas ambiance in mountain locations!

The design of our inspiration shooting have been done by Lucie at Bliss, and Jennia from Jenia Sanguinetti photography couldn’t have done a better job with watchful eye and her camera lence catching up every single stunning detail of the setting, the dress, the bride herself, and all details that make up for unique and stylish wedding this one is! Big thanks to the Alpina Hotel and Spa in Gstaad  for eagerly agreeing to our shooting. For any bride, this place is truly a bridal paradise 🙂
