A Winter Bridal Dream at Six Senses Crans-Montana

Mariée en robe de mariée satin structurée avec manches sculpturales, shooting hivernal de luxe à Six Senses Crans-Montana

There is something incredibly magical about winter wedding in the mountains. The silence of fresh snow, the soft winter light, the feeling that time slows down just enough for you to breathe… This is exactly the atmosphere we wanted to capture during our recent bridal shoot at Six Senses Crans-Montana, in the heart of the Swiss Alps.

This shoot was designed as an ode to modern luxury bridal fashion — elegant, refined, and quietly dramatic wedding. A celebration of brides who love beauty, craftsmanship, and timeless style, without excess.

Structured Elegance Meets Soft Femininity

One of the strongest bridal trends right now is the return of structure — beautifully crafted bodices, sculpted silhouettes, and luxurious fabrics such as satin and mikado. These gowns create presence. They hold their shape, frame the body, and feel almost architectural, while remaining deeply feminine.

Paired with voluminous skirts, delicate pleating, subtle draping, or a daring leg slit, these dresses strike the perfect balance between strength and softness. They are designed for brides who want to feel confident, elegant, and unforgettable — without losing that emotional, romantic touch.

Minimalism, Elevated

Minimalist bridal fashion doesn’t mean simple. It means intentional. High-quality fabrics, impeccable cuts, and thoughtful details are what truly make a gown stand out.

In this snowy alpine setting, the clean lines and luminous textures of the dresses came alive. Against the white landscape and the understated luxury of Six Senses, every fold, every curve, every movement felt enhanced. No distraction — just beauty, craftsmanship, and emotion.

A Bride Who Feels Like Herself

This shoot was imagined for the bride who wants to feel herself, only elevated. A woman who appreciates quiet luxury, who doesn’t follow trends blindly, but chooses what resonates with her personality and her story.

At Belle en Blanc, every bride is a conversation. A wedding is her journey. And sometimes, a winter fairytale.

✨ Bridal Trend Report 2026: Structured Elegance & Dramatic Silhouettes

Robe de mariée élégante en satin et dentelle, boutique Belle en Blanc Lausanne.

The bridal world is evolving — and this season, the trend is clear: minimalist luxury is giving way to bold structure and refined drama.

While clean lines and simple silhouettes remain beloved, many brides are now choosing gowns that feel more sculptural, architectural, and undeniably couture. The focus is no longer only on “less is more,” but on elevating luxury through design, craftsmanship, and volume.

1. Structured, Corseted Bodices

One of the most defining trends this year is the return of the corseted bodice — not in a vintage or costume sense, but in a modern, sculptural way.

These bodices offer:

A flawless, tailored shape

Strong support and definition

A true bridal silhouette with a couture feel

Corsets are being crafted with precision and sophistication, often hidden under luxurious fabrics like mikado satin, which creates a clean, polished finish that still feels glamorous.

2. Luxurious Satin & Mikado Fabrics

The key to this trend is the fabric. Satin and mikado are experiencing a major resurgence because they:

Hold structure beautifully, create a sleek, high-end sheen, provide the perfect canvas for dramatic silhouettes

These fabrics allow designers to create gowns that look simple from afar, but reveal their complexity up close — a hallmark of luxury bridal.

3. Voluminous Skirts That Feel Regal

This season, brides are choosing volume with purpose. Skirts are no longer just full — they are designed with intention: full ball gowns, layered mikado or tulle volume, structured pleats and folds, add drama.

The result is a silhouette that feels timeless, romantic, and undeniably bridal — but with a modern, high-fashion edge.

4. Dramatic Draping & Statement Details

Minimalism remains a foundation, but our brides want one dramatic element to make their look unforgettable. Most popular details include:oversized pleats, sculptural draping, bold leg slits, pockets!, add architectural folds

These details add movement and personality, transforming a classic gown into a runway-worthy statement.

Our first very lovely bride to be featured on this blog is Audrey, and she totally fell in love with Watters illusion gown in blush hues, and lovely tulle skirt, with some intricate lace-like beading on the bodice.

The wedding took place in the green scenery of medieval castle Grandson, located between Lake Geneva and Neuchâtel, in canton Vaud.

The decoration was absolutely lovely, and kept in the neutral tones, the palette of white, gold, green and brown was chosen, to compliment the natural colours of scenery.  A touch of candlelight chosen to add ambience and romantism to the table setting for guests.

the choice of the delicate white roses, the olive tree branches and the gypsophila is very nature-based and adds warmth with keeping the wedding decor timeless.

and of course there was of love, hugs, smiles, kisses and beautiful moments for a very talented Julie to take a good amount of beautiful wedding pictures. Just as well, as we just adore sharing them with you dear readers.

the same theme of floral design is incorporated in to the bridal flowers and the bridesmaids too, with them having the flower crown and bracelets done ….. and just look at those details on the wedding dress, completely in love

the planner session at the beach,  shoes off , and lots and lots of love !

true love between this two lovely people 🙂

STUNNING STEPHANIA IN RIKI DALAL

What a pleasure to share these gorgeous images of our beautiful bride Stephania who married her sweetheart in beautiful ceremony in Spain in 2016. We only just got the images, but as they say…. better late then never 🙂

Stephania opted for lavish lace gown with long sleeves and intricate details. The dress, as you can see fits our bride like a glove and she is simply a Vision!

The wedding reception was held at the venue with immense garden, lots of greenery and very natural feel to it. We love the lines of hortensias and the veils of plants hugging the building,  so romantic..

as you can see, these two are in mode “papparazzi” 🙂 the groom protecting his bride ..awwww

The photo session in the forest and during the warm glow of the sunset is just to die for, we truly adore the style of this couple, and I absolutely love the flower crown that Stephania chose for her hair. it goes very well with her look, and softens the daring feel of the dress !

Well, this photo just says it all really! LOVE IS IN THE AIR 🙂

lots of kissing and hugging, and truly a special moment during the photoshoot

and the fist dance is just THE STAR of the day 🙂

Such a pleasure to dress you Stephania, we adore the photos, you both look wonderful and we wish you both a lifetime of happiness!

Beautiful Maira wearing Noya Bridal to her Winter Wonderland Wedding

Dear Readers, Lovely Brides,

I know its been soooo long since our last post… we have neglected our blog for some time, as we were so extremely busy at the boutique preparing all those lovely stylish brides for their summer 2017 weddings.

I am actually working from home today, as with this heat, its really difficult to keep going at the speed I’ve been working recently… so while my darling son Noah is sweetly enjoying his nap on our sofa, I am quickly grabbing the opportunity to share with you this amazingly beautiful, full of soft hues, and lovely details photo session that our glamorous bride, Maira, had after their wedding in March of this year.

Only a few photographers I know can deliver such magnificent job, and I am very proud to say that Mailys Fortune is just at the top of the game, and she is widely popular amongst our brides. just as well as with images as below, who can resist??

so, without further due, as I really have to get going, It is my immense pleasure to share with you those bubble of emotions photos to keep you perhaps a bit coller on this super hot summer afternoon 🙂

I promise, there will be plenty more of gorgeous images being posted from our brides, as pictures start flooding our mailbox, but I just need to find time to give them justice and actually publish on the blog with a few words of appreciation to all involved!

love you lots, keep smiling beauties and see you shortly soon *-*

CAROLINE CASTIGLIANO-HOW ITS MADE

We have just returned from our collection buying trip in London, where we have met with Caroline Castigliano personally in her beautiful Knightsbridge boutique. We had a lovely chat and saw some stunning gowns made by Caroline, but above all we discussed how her dresses are made to give the understated glamour, elegant and luxurious look that all brides want.

We noticed that in today’s bridal industry there is just so many cheap copies of beautifully crafted, handmade designers gowns, that for a future bride it might be difficult at first to spot the difference. Caroline uses finest silks and laces from worldwide known fabric designers, and it just makes all the difference combined with Caroline’s signature corsetry, which made her brand move to the top of bridal industry for decades now.

So, dear brides, please sit back and enjoy this video about craftsmanship behind your dressmaking at Caroline Castigliano.

Kisses to you all beautiful ladies,

Olga and Clara

JENNY IN AUGUSTA JONES, AT PORTES DES IRIS, FAIRYTALE WEDDING

Once again we would love to congratulate our beautiful bride.

Jenny is a very discreet, adorable, pretty and warm person. During the appointments at the boutique, and after trying a good number of dresses with us, we found the one! the one that makes Jenny’s heart pop, her face smile and eyes shine a million stars 🙂

The final choice was a dress named ISLA from the collection of our British designer Augusta Jones. The soft mermaid dress, made of corded lace and decorated with soft sequins to bring some glow to the overall look. Our adorable couple got married in Autumn, almost winter month of October in breathtaking scenery of Pores des Iris, an old renovated farmhouse whit stunning gardens and lake view, near Morges and Lausanne.

We had a great pleasure to share these precious moments with our couple, and to add a touch of our help to their wedding.

Once again, a big congratulations and lots of happiness for your future!

Warmly,

Team Belle en Blanc

A Venetian Romance

There are very few cities that are so filled with passion as Venice is.

Everything there – the canals, the piazzas, the views… – is all for to lovers and their passions.

We’re simply thrilled when our dear Mailys Fortune invited us to be part of this wedding extravaganza.

I mean, Italy, summertime, weddings…. what could be more perfect?

So let me guide you through the shoot!

We open in Venice…

Meet the groom, Jorge…

…and his bride (for the day), Flora!

Flora is wearing powder blue Rachel Simpson shoes!

She is wearing ELISA  from WATTERS…

And we’re loving the flower crown and bouquet combo!

…and here’s the groom carrying off his bride!

…the new family: bride, groom, and puppy!

…the puppy also carries a little bouquet!

…and the groom follows his bride! Happy bride, happy life!

And since it’s set in Venice, Gondolas were a must-have!

…the breathtaking moment of the kiss… and a new dress by RIKI DALAL

Don’t be fooled by the lace details! It’s actually just one piece that gives you a wonderfully contemporary crop top effect!

What a lovely mirror effect you get from the columns and arches!

…and a final “woof” from this friendly puppy whose humans JUST got married!
